Connage Highland Dairy is a traditional, family-owned farm at Milton of Connage at Ardersier on the Moray Firth. The state-of-the-art cheese dairy produces handcrafted vegetarian cheeses, using traditional techniques. The cows feast on a clover-rich diet, giving their milk a full and luscious taste. All produce is organic and traceable. Their soft and hard cheeses 
include Clava Brie, Crowdie, Dunlop Scottish Hard Cheese, Smoked Dunlop, Gouda and Cromal, a crumbly traditional farmhouse cheese.
Knockraich Creamery in Fintry provide a wonderful range of dairy produce from their own herd of Friesian Cattle. Knockraich Crowdie is a wonderful, versatile curd cheese; it is perfect on its own, but can also be blended with crème fraiche and smoked mackerel to make pate or with crème fraiche and double cream to make delicious cheesecake. Their Fintry Soft Cheese and Strathendrick Hard Cheese are a great addition to any cheese board.
