Henshelwood's Fine Foods

Husband and wife team, Lynn and Bob Henshelwood, have crafted exquisite-tasting products which are 100% natural, gluten free and vegetarian. Every batch is tasted for consistency of flavour and their contemporary packaging will enhance any breakfast, lunch or dinner table.

Knockraich Creamery

Knockraich is a small family run dairy farm in Fintry which uses the milk from their herd of British Friesian Cattle to make the Katy Rodger range of luxury dairy produce. The range includes ice cream, natural and fruit flavoured yoghurts, creme fraiche and Fintry soft cheese.

Knockraich Crowdie is a wonderful, versatile curd cheese; it is perfect on its own, but can also be blended with crème fraiche and smoked mackerel to make pate or with crème fraiche and double cream to make delicious cheesecake.
