A Traditional Burns Supper at Hopetoun
The evening begins with a welcome to the magnificent State Apartments for a drinks reception. Then the piper strikes a tune to lead the party to the Adam Ballroom where the feast to commemorate the bard is laid out and an evening of traditional Burns music and rhyme begins.
The evening includes a four-course Burns Night Banquet including wine and whisky toast; and first class musicians and speakers.
Finally, the sound of pipes and drums fill the night air as Beating Retreat is performed under floodlight, creating a magical and memorable end to the Burns Supper at Hopetoun.
The Burns Supper Menu is created by Heritage Portfolio, the in-house award winning banqueting company at Hopetoun House.
