Pies, Quiches and Flans

Our range of gluten-free savoury pastries are what possible delight our customers most - many of them say they have not enjoyed a pie for many years.  We stock pastries from Cookroom which include such wonderful concoctions as Red Pepper and Goats Cheese Quiche and Chicken and Tarragon Pie

Pates

We are really impressed by the range of wonderful flavours on offer from Findlators Fine Foods from Smoked Salmon Pate with Creme Fraiche and Dill to Dunsyre and Pressed Pear Pate with a hint of honey.  Within other pates, Smoked Mackerel, Venison, Duck Liver, Lentils and Avocado are featured, with other ingredients providing tasty and exciting  flavour combinations

Cookies and Cakes

A great selection is on offer from suppliers such as Against the Grain, who provide organic products, Cookroom and Lazy Day Foods with meringues from the Hand Made Meringue Company

Preserves and Relishes

Some amazing jams, jellies, chutneys, sauces and relishes from Claire McDonald, Henshelwoods and the Really Garlicky Company - and all gluten-free!
