Hopetoun Foods

As a traditional farming and sporting estate, Hopetoun has always been a primary food producer. Hopetoun has launched an exciting new development to take advantage of the growing demand for locally reared and sourced food.

Hopetoun Foods offers high quality locally reared meat, poultry and game as well as other food products to the local market. The produce is reared naturally, is traceable and has very few "food miles". Game available from the estate includes venison and pheasant. Lamb and turkey reared at Hopetoun are available from the end of November 2009, with a wider range of products from our farms available in 2010. We offer a personal service and a high quality range of meat, poultry and game products which are full of flavour.

Final approval has been given by the Hopetoun board for the construction of the Hopetoun Farm Shop at Whitequarries adjacent to the New Hopetoun Garden Centre. This is a very exciting venture for Hopetoun and one which will see the sale of estate and locally procured produce in a 300 sq m new build retail outlet. The construction phase will begin in 2-3 months time once final planning regulations have been agreed with the local authority. We will keep you posted through the website on progress.
