Mid Lodge Cottage

Mid Lodge is a self catering holiday cottage for six people with an exclusive and secluded location in the heart of Hopetoun, yet only half and hours drive from central Edinburgh, in central Scotland .  Set within idyllic, wooded parkland, the cottage is totally private with wonderful, expansive views.  Step outside the cottage to the deer park and the splendid facade of Hopetoun House comes into view.

Mid Lodge is newly refurbished to a standard and quality in keeping with Hopetoun The accommodation is very spacious, yet comfortable and convenient with sitting room, dining-kitchen and three double bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite shower room. 

Events in the Deer Park 

From time to time both public and private events are held within the Deer Park. A stay at Mid Lodge will provide a fantastic opportunity to see these events first hand (please note that entrance to events at Hopetoun House is not included within the cost of the holiday let). There are many further benefits to the holiday let including access to the parkland and discounted rates on clay shooting and simulated game shooting.
