We have over 60 houses rented to families who live at Hopetoun and an increasing range of commercial, agricultural and rural business premises.    All our tenants benefit from access to the beautiful Hopetoun parkland and landscape and a range of further leisure opportunities on offer at Hopetoun. Hopetoun is committed to preserving and enhancing the built heritage and has begun an exciting phase of conversions of traditional agricultural buildings on the wider Estate for commercial let.  These will provide modern office space in a pleasant rural environment yet within easy reach of major transport networks.
